Each package includes a health questionnaire, a pre-medical call, a doctor-led medical appointment, and a follow-up appointment once your results are back.
The medical appointment itself is 60 minutes for Essentials and 90 minutes for Elevate, Complete, and Bespoke. External tests or scans may require separate appointments.

How your results are reviewed
Your results are reviewed by your doctor and discussed with you at follow-up. You will receive clear explanations, practical next steps and guidance on whether monitoring, lifestyle changes, further investigation or specialist referral is recommended.
Before your appointment

Complete your health questionnaire as fully as possible.

Bring a list of current medications, supplements and allergies.

Bring relevant previous results or letters, especially if you have had imaging or specialist care elsewhere.

Let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a pacemaker or implant, or may not be suitable for MRI or CT imaging.

Screening aims to identify risk and detect potential health issues early. No screening package can rule out every condition.
Your doctor will help you understand the benefits, limitations and any possible next steps for each test.
