Appointments

New Patients

For patients who have not yet attended the clinic and wish to book a first appointment.

If you are insured and have a new presenting issue to discuss with the doctors, please book this as a new patient or new problem appointment rather than a registered patient follow-up appointment.

If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurance provider prior to attending for authorisation. Without this, we are unable to bill your insurance directly and may ask you to pay and claim back.

Registered Patients - 30 Min

For patients who have previously attended and registered with the practice.

If you are insured, this appointment type should be used for follow-up of an issue you have previously discussed with one of the doctors.

If this is a new issue, please book a new problem appointment.

If you have private medical insurance and are wanting to claim on it, please contact your insurance provider prior to attending for authorisation.

Without this, we are unable to bill your insurance directly.
